Ms Izhar completed her Bachelors and MPhil degree from Government College University, Lahore. With a unique blend of skill set she have, including advance statistical analysis acumen coupled with solid understanding of mental health related concepts, she assisted and lead a wide range of research-based projects from different subjects and industries. Her approach is based on research with meticulous care, passion, dedication towards practical implications.

She served Government College university (GCU) as a visiting lecturer from 2019 till December 2020. Her strong grip on Statistical Analysis and research methodology she supervised many students in her teaching career. She also devoted her services as an Assistant Editor of Pakistan Journal of Social and Clinical Psychology, Government College University, Lahore.
